We operate separate homes for men and women. Every applicant goes through a short screening, for their sake and for the sake of the house.

What you can expect when you place a client with us

We are a new home, and we would rather earn your trust with how we operate than with a page of testimonials. Here is what we commit to on every placement.

You get an answer the same day

Call or email about a bed and you hear back within available on request, with a yes or a no. You will never be left guessing while your client waits on a discharge date.

You get a direct line, not a call center

You have the cell number of the person who runs the house. If something happens at 9pm, you reach a decision maker, not voicemail.

You hear it from us first

If your client leaves, relapses, or is asked to go, you get a call from us that day, with their written consent on file. No surprises, no silence.

Everything is in writing

A written resident agreement and a written intake process. We will send you both before you place anyone.

We tell you when we are not a fit

If a client needs a level of care we do not provide, we will say so and try to point you somewhere better. We would rather lose a placement than take one we cannot handle.

FAQ

Common questions

What does the monthly fee cover?

Your furnished room, all utilities, Wi Fi, laundry, kitchen access, and basic household supplies. There is no separate utility bill and no application fee. Call us for current rates and what is due at move in.

Do I sign anything?

You sign a resident agreement, which covers what your monthly fee includes and how notice works. It is month to month, not a year long commitment. Resident agreement terms are reviewed before move in.

Is this a treatment program?

No. This is housing. We provide a furnished, drug and alcohol free home with peer support and house structure. We do not provide detox, medical care, or clinical therapy. Many residents attend an outpatient program while living here and we will work around that schedule.

Can I keep working?

Yes, and we expect it. Residents work, attend school, or participate in a program. House meetings and check ins are scheduled around normal work hours.

Do you accept residents on medication assisted treatment?

Medication policies are reviewed during screening. All medication is stored and documented according to house policy.

Can I have visitors or stay out overnight?

Visitors are welcome in common areas during approved hours. Overnight passes are approved in advance by the house manager.

How long can I stay?

There is no maximum. Most residents stay varies based on the resident's goals and resident agreement. You are welcome here as long as things are going well and your monthly fee is current.

Where are the homes located?

We serve Monmouth County, New Jersey. We share the exact address once screening is complete, to protect our residents' privacy.

New Jersey recognizes Class F licenses specifically for cooperative sober living residences under the regulations governing rooming and boarding houses.

Class F cooperative sober living residences are licensed through the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

These residences are governed under New Jersey's Rooming and Boarding House Act and applicable Class F regulations.
